Horizen has been on a mission to increase the use of cryptocurrencies (particularly ZEN) worldwide. Earlier in October 2018, ZEN was listed on AnyPay, making it a payment option available to over 200 retailers in the US. Barely a month later, in November, Horizen teamed up with NetCents, further pushing ZEN as a payment option to over 40 million merchants who accept Visa and Mastercard in Europe and Canada. This time around, the team has announced a partnership with Flubit.

Horizen confirmed the partnership in an official tweet:

We are excited to announce our latest partnership with flubitweet. Use ZEN to purchase over 70,000,000 items through Flubit today!

Flubit is a popular UK-owned online marketplace. Their online store hosts over 70 million products across several categories including books, toys and electronics. Interestingly, the company which positions itself as a direct competitor of Amazon was acquired by blockchain project, MonetaryUnit in July 2018.

Flubit Twitter description reads:

Buy over 1 Million items cheaper than Amazon, every week! Toys, Books, Beauty & more!

What this means for Horizen is that more users who possibly crypto enthusiasts can now pay for their online purchases with ZEN.
