Considering the fact that governments are coming into the crypto space with regulations, privacy coins are becoming the rage of the moment for individuals who value their identity and privacy. ZenCash is one of the players in this niche.

According to their website, they claim that “ZenCash [is a] secure and private platform for money, messages, and media.

They are the first TLS encrypted crypto to incorporate all three aspects in one – a content platform, a messaging network, and a domain bringing everything together. Just for the record, ZenCash is a fork of Zclassic, and Zclassic is a fork of ZCash. For this reason, the privacy crypto has some similarities with Zcash.

Launch of Super Nodes
Participants in the ZenCash network can now earn more by hosting super nodes. A tweet from the team reads:

Three months ago, we announced the Super Node concept; fast forward three months, Super Nodes take off. We're one leap closer to transitioning toward a platform! Set up your Super Nodes now, earnings start on 7/19!

The requirements to host a Super Node are as follows:

  • A minimum of 500 ZEN for staking
  • Four CPU cores
  • 8GB RAM
  • 100GB of hard disk space
  • Zend: IPv4 and IPv6
  • Valid TLS certificate
  • Tracker
  • 96% node uptime

It is important to note that the stake address must be different from any stake address used by a secure node.
